If you would like to work in a crime lab doing analysis of DNA or drug testing, youneed a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or closely related field.

If your interest is in crime scene investigation, a bachelor's degree in lawenforcement is required.

Whether you choose science or law enforcement as your career path to forensicyou need to analytical and organized. Forensics require the ability to workhands-on with physical materials such as wood, plant and tools and to communicateeffectively in writing so others will understand your conclusions.
